What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Phlebotomist position at APPS Paramedical?
PART-TIME Mobile Examiner Contractor willing to cover at least a 60-mile radius.
(DRIVING AND PERFORMING BLOOD DRAWS REQUIRED)
Responsibilities may include:
- Performing mobile paramedical exams (health history, vitals, obtaining and completing specimens (blood, urine, saliva), and may complete ECG tracings.
- The ability to schedule your hours; you tell us when you are available to assist with cases.
- Must have strong and continued communication with the branch office regarding case status.
Qualified candidates must have:
- Certificate of medical training (e.g., RN, LPN, Med Tech, Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, and Paramedics.)
- Must have at least TWO years of current phlebotomy experience, valid driver’s license, and own reliable transportation with valid insurance.
- The position requires excellent communication, organization, and technical skills: the interpersonal skills to interface extensively with clients, management, office staff, as well as a high level of courtesy, tact, and professionalism.
- The candidate must have or be willing to get a CELL PHONE, PRINTER, LARGE AND ADULT BLOOD PRESSURE CUFF, STETHOSCOPE, SCALE, CLOTH MEASURING TAPE, MEASURING TAPE and TABLET. Fixed compensation per case completed. Paid biweekly by direct deposit.

Scale for weight. Large and adult blood pressure cuffs, stethoscope measuring tape for height. cloth measuring tape for chest and waist measurements, bag to carry equipment. Printer, android/iPad tablet (NO CHROMEBOOK MACBOOKS LAPTOPS OR FIRE). Centrifuge (Can be rented) $5 Month or buy your own. Do you have/will you be able to have all the equipment necessary to fulfill this position before starting?
