Duties:
- Manage and operate phone systems, including answering and directing calls
- Oversee and coordinate team management activities, including scheduling and task delegation
- Handle office management tasks, such as appraisal scheduling and record keeping within CRM
- Assist with calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Organize and maintain files electronically
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems
- Knowledge of real estate practices is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
