Part-Time Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) – $50/hr
We’re seeking a professional, compassionate, and highly motivated Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) to support families through in-clinic, phone, and virtual visits. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with training and mentoring included—ideal for those looking to grow in both clinical and community settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide breastfeeding education and support
- Assess maternal and infant feeding needs
- Develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers
- Document visits for patient care plans and insurance submission
Qualifications
- IBCLC certification required
- RN preferred
- Postpartum / Mother-Baby experience preferred
- NICU & LDR experience also considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide empathetic, culturally sensitive care
- Newly certified IBCLC and working RN’s with their IBCLC encouraged to apply
