Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers within the construction and building industries.
- Promote our ready mix concrete products by providing detailed information on specifications, benefits, and applications.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable concrete solutions to meet project requirements.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure proper product delivery.
- Coordinate with dispatch and production teams to ensure timely delivery of concrete orders.
- Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Must have prior experience in ready mix sales
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within construction materials or related industries.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to effectively present products and close deals.
- Ability to understand technical specifications of concrete products and convey benefits clearly.
