REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and coachable
- Willingness to commit a minimum of 24 hours per week as an MLO
- Ready to invest consistent time and effort into learning and growing
- Comfortable communicating with people in person and online
- Open to feedback, mentorship, and ongoing development
- Passionate about helping others achieve homeownership or real estate goals
- Located in and willing to become licensed in IN, KY, MI, TN, or FL.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willing to study for and obtain the NMLS license (if not already licensed)
