We are seeking a qualified Accounting Payroll Specialist to join our team in Greater Indianapolis in a hybrid capacity, with work split between the office and remote options. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities include managing payroll administration, processing payroll, handling garnishments, ensuring compliance with payroll taxes, and implementing payroll services. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll operations.
- Proven experience in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
- Familiarity with Garnishments and Payroll Taxes regulations
- Proficiency in Payroll Services management
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Work experience in financial services or mortgage industry is preferred
