Day to day, you’ll be right in the middle of the action—supporting the Project Manager and helping keep everything moving smoothly across the board.
- Helping coordinate day-to-day project operations from office to field
- Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Supporting scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
- Working closely with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams

- Helping keep communication tight, organized, and moving
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or similar
- 3–5 years of experience in construction (project engineering, field, or project management support)
- Exposure to heavy civil, water/wastewater, industrial, municipal, or similar work
- Strong organization and communication skills—you can keep a lot of moving parts straight
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven construction environment
Compensation & Perks
We want this to be worth your time—financially and professionally.
- Up to $110,000 base salary, depending on experience
- 5% profit participation on the project
- Housing provided for the duration of the project (Fayetteville assignment)
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off and holidays
- Real opportunity for career growth into Project Manager roles and beyond
