Approach International Student Center, Inc. is a global hub for international students and entrepreneurs who seek to study, work, launch ventures, and build long-term opportunities in the United States and beyond. With offices in Boston and Marlborough, Massachusetts, and a strong online presence, Approach serves more than 2,500 students and entrepreneurs each month through in-person and virtual programs. The Director of Growth & Innovation is responsible for designing, improving, and scaling the systems that drive Approach's growth. This leader will champion innovation, operational excellence, and AI adoption across every department while developing future leaders and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a strategic leadership position for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, leads with humility, and executes with excellence.

• Lead organizational growth through process innovation and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows to eliminate repetitive administrative work.
• Build scalable systems, SOPs, dashboards, and operational standards across regional campuses.
• Identify opportunities to improve student experience, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
• Develop managers, interns, and future leaders through coaching and servant leadership.
• Measure what matters through Okr's, KPIs, and use data to drive decision-making.
• Research and implement emerging technologies that strengthen the organization's competitive advantage.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, ownership, and continuous learning.

• MBA required (Master of Business Administration) and a minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, innovation, consulting, or business transformation.
• Demonstrated experience leading and implementing organizational innovation and process improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, market analysis, and performance measurement.
• Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of building partnerships and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural environment and to mentor team members.
• Familiarity with international student services, entrepreneurship ecosystems, or global mobility programs is highly beneficial.
