Responsibilities
- Operate vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Execute timely pickups and drop offs of passenger’s while ensuring proper handling and care.
- Utilize manual transmission vehicles when required, demonstrating proficiency in driving techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of trip logs , including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on pickup/ drop offs status and address any concerns.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met.
- Collaborate with staff to coordinate schedules and optimize delivery routes.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 25 pounds) safely and efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
