We are seeking a dynamic Underwriting Operations Team Leader to manage and mentor a team of multi-line underwriting assistants and underwriters. The ideal candidate will be a technical underwriting expert and a proven leader who can drive operational excellence, ensure underwriting integrity, and help shape our strategic growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance day-to-day team management with long-term strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, insurance, operations, or a related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience managing teams in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Proven technical underwriting expertise across multiple lines of business (e.g., Commercial P&C, Professional Liability, Specialty).
• Proficiency with underwriting systems and data analytics tools.
