Underwriting Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Manager to lead our Commercial Auto Insurance Underwriting Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient review and quoting of insurance applications, while delivering exceptional internal and external service. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership and process management experience to support a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, insurance, operations, or a related field
• Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
• Demonstrated success in supervising performance, mentoring staff, and improving workflows
