We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support day-to-day operations by coordinating purchasing activities, vendor relationships, and operational services across the organization. This role supports a wide range of procurement and administrative functions, including office supplies, equipment, facilities services, internal events, limited travel coordination, and IT asset support.
This position works cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure purchasing, logistics, and operational needs are handled efficiently, accurately and in alignment with company policies.

- Experience working with vendors and managing orders and logistics.
