The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for handling in-bound calls from Medicare-aged beneficiaries interested in enrolling in Medicare. Representatives will provide accurate and timely information regarding Medicare benefits, coverage, eligibility, and enrollment processes. No prior Medicare experience is required — we provide comprehensive training to get you fully up to speed!
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced, service-oriented sales roles.
