  • Deliver accurate, high-quality technical outputs aligned to approved scope and standards.

Vertical Expertise & Cross-Disciplinary Capability

  • Maintain strong working knowledge in at least one primary vertical (experience across multiple verticals is preferred):

  • Apply consistent modeling standards, accuracy, and best practices within assigned work.

  • Develop working familiarity with adjacent verticals to support collaboration and flexibility.

Technical Demonstrations & Customer Interaction

  • Support and deliver technical demonstrations related to services offerings.

  • Participate in customer discussions to explain technical work, workflows, and outcomes.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Represent ATG with technical credibility during customer-facing interactions.

Quality & Standards Discipline

  • Follow established workflows, standards, and best practices.

  • Perform self-checks and participate in peer reviews.

  • Identify and communicate quality issues, risks, or constraints early.

  • Contribute to reducing rework through disciplined execution.

Skill Development & Versatility Growth

  • Continuously develop technical skills across tools, workflows, and services.

  • Expand capability beyond a single vertical to remain effective and billable.

  • Participate in internal training, education initiatives, and knowledge sharing.

  • Work with Managers to identify growth areas that increase versatility and value to the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience delivering technical or professional services in a project-based environment.

  • Strong proficiency in at least one vertical: Architecture, Structural, Civil, MEP, or Construction / VDC.

  • Experience across multiple verticals is preferred.

  • Ability to perform Scan-to-BIM and modeling tasks within the primary vertical.

  • Proficiency with relevant Autodesk tools such as Revit, ACC, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D.

  • Ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.

  • Comfort discussing technical work with customers and internal teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Willingness to broaden skillsets beyond a single vertical.

Key Competencies

  • Technical execution with flexibility

  • Cross-disciplinary thinking

  • Adaptability and learning mindset

  • Customer-facing technical communication

  • Quality-focused delivery

  • Ownership and accountability
