What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain financial models, including cash flow forecasts.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for leadership.
- Build and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational decision-making.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses, including scenario planning and investment modeling.
- Partner with teams across the organization to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Support process improvements, reporting enhancements, and data integrity initiatives.
- Monitor debt schedules, compliance requirements, and year-end financial deliverables.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot; BI tools (Power BI) preferred.
- Experience with modern ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex data.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
