Position Overview

We are continuing to grow and are seeking a driven and motivated Senior Accounting & Finance Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and takes a consultative approach to recruiting.

The primary focus of this position is sourcing, screening, and placing Accounting & Finance professionals across the Atlanta market, supporting roles such as Accounting Managers, Controllers, Financial Analysts, FP&A professionals, and other key finance positions.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed performance expectations for quotas and gross margin
• Utilize a consultative approach and execute a strategic recruiting plan to proactively source candidates through direct outreach and networking
• Partner with clients on intake calls to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
• Develop a strong understanding of Accounting & Finance roles to accurately identify and qualify top talent
• Create and manage job postings across internal systems and external job boards; review and filter incoming applications
• Conduct daily phone screens and candidate interviews
• Provide timely and transparent communication to candidates regarding opportunities and next steps
• Maintain and update candidate records in Bullhorn ATS, including notes, compensation expectations, and activity tracking
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer and onboarding
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships within the Atlanta market
• Coordinate pre-employment processes including references, assessments, background checks, and onboarding steps
• Partner with the sales team to present qualified candidates and support client delivery needs
• Serve as a resource on recruiting tools and systems, continuously improving processes and best practices
• Mentor and support junior recruiters by sharing best practices and contributing to team development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within Accounting & Finance
• Strong communication skills with a professional and consultative approach
• Ability to build credibility with both candidates and clients
• Knowledge of accounting and finance functions, roles, and market trends
• Experience working in a performance-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Prior B2B or agency experience preferred

Compensation:

Base salary uncapped commission

On Target Earnings: 102,500-112,500
