Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of technical solution projects.
- Track project progress, identify risks, develop mitigation plans when necessary, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Support resource allocation and budget tracking for assigned projects.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on technical goals.
- Monitor project performance and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and integration reliability.

- Must be a US citizen
- 3 years of experience in project management or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Must have or be willing to attain a TS/SCI Clearance
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Gitlab)
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and software development processes
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP)
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and tools
