We partner with Sponsors to conduct Phase II, III, and IV clinical trials aimed at discovering new, innovative, and effective treatments for various medical conditions and diseases. Additionally, we conduct Registries, Health Outcomes, and Medical or Diagnostic Device trials to further medical research and improve patient care.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Research Coordinator, located in Little Rock, AR. The Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and conducting clinical trials, including obtaining informed consent from participants, adhering to protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The coordinator will also manage clinical data and maintain accurate records, collaborate with investigators, and ensure that trials run efficiently and safely.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (science or healthcare-related field) or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of clinical research experience preferred (will consider strong candidates with relevant healthcare experience)
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and FDA regulations
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple studies
- Proficiency in EDC systems
- Experience working at a dedicated research site
- Familiarity with multiple therapeutic areas
- Experience with subject recruitment and retention strategies
- Experience with regulatory submissions and IRB processes
