Role Description
This is a 3 month remote internship role for a Software Engineer Intern at APES Lab. The intern will assist in developing software applications, contribute to back-end web development, and collaborate with the team on programming projects. Day-to-day tasks may include coding, debugging, performing tests, and applying object-oriented programming principles to optimize system functionalities.
Qualifications
- Background in Computer Science, with knowledge of software development processes
- Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Proficiency in Programming, particularly in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus
- Enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies
Compensation
- $5,000 stipend to be paid at the end of the 3 month internship
