SUMMARY: Coordinates, manages and is involved with daily operations at the Material Recovery Facility (MRF).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED; and minimum of 5 years experience in Industrial/Business Management.

- Responsible for daily and long-term production planning.
- Maintains all production and personnel documents.
- Reviews daily production reports and responds to supervisor.
- Deals with personnel issues and concerns.
- Responsible for the hiring and termination of employees upon consultation with Supervisor.
