About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to manage our Amazon Seller Central and Wateranywhere platforms. This role involves handling customer inquiries, optimizing product listings, managing campaigns, and ensuring smooth order processing. If you have experience in digital marketplaces and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Amazon Seller Central Management
  • Monitor main page for buyer messages and respond promptly.
  • Review and respond to seller feedback and product reviews.
  • Manage return requests and monitor Amazon stock.
  • Download Amazon FBA fulfillment reports and enter orders for billing.
  • Wateranywhere Platform Management
  • Check inbox and voicemail line daily.
  • Enter and print webstore orders.
  • Review backorder reports daily.
  • Log in to Smartsupp chat software for customer interactions.
  • Additional Duties
  • Stay updated on Amazon platform changes and related tools.
  • Manage backorders, returns, and basic customer inquiries.
  • Forward technical questions and provide accurate responses.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve order issues promptly.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience & Skills:
  • 2 years of direct Amazon Marketplace experience.
  • Experience working in digital and 3rd party marketplace roles.
  • Hands-on experience with campaigns including SEO/SEM, listing optimization, launching new products, and generating reviews.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including measuring performance of digital marketing campaigns and assessing ROI and KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate Degree, preferably in marketing or business discipline, preferred.
