Applied Laboratories is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Production Associates to join our dedicated Weekend Production Crew. Production Associates are responsible for assembling, packaging, inspecting, and documenting products while following manufacturing specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and established production procedures.

Schedule
- Friday through Sunday
- Three 12-hour shifts
- Premium weekend rate
- Work 3 days while earning the equivalent of a 40-hour workweek
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Read batch records and follow instructions throughout the manufacturing process.
- Pull components to the production line and prepare materials for production runs as directed.
- Confirm that components match batch record requirements.
- Verify components are released for use and properly identified throughout production and warehouse return processes.
- Notify the line lead or supervisor when component usage documentation is required or when discrepancies are identified.
- Assemble, package, and label products according to batch records and product specifications.
- Inspect products for specification compliance and proper palletization.
- Communicate equipment, product, quality, safety, or production-flow concerns to the line lead, supervisor, or maintenance personnel.
- Document downtime, scrap, and production output as requested.
- Operate pallet jacks after receiving required training.
- Perform line clearance and coordinate the handoff of finished products to the warehouse.
- Clean packaging equipment and production areas.
- Maintain proper PPE, cleanliness, sanitation, and documentation practices.
- Support efficient production flow and accurate component control.
- Perform other duties as assigned and trained.

Work Environment
This position operates in a manufacturing environment and requires compliance with all safety, quality, GMP, sanitation, and PPE requirements. Employees must be able to stand for extended periods and perform production and packaging activities throughout the scheduled shift.
Training and Onboarding
Any additional training required for weekend operations will be conducted during weekday first-shift hours to support a successful transition into the role.
