HireArt is helping our client find an experienced and dependable Office Manager to take ownership of the front-of-house experience and ensure the Ann Arbor office is welcoming, efficient, and aligned with company needs.In this role, you’ll oversee key workplace programs, including food and snack services, in-office events, space planning, office aesthetics, and visitor experience. You’ll also manage vendor relationships, from plant care and reception to security, ensuring high-quality service, cost efficiency, and accountability.The ideal candidate has a strong background in facilities and event management, thrives in dynamic environments, and enjoys creating thoughtful, functional workplace experiences.As Office Manager, you will:Lead daily office operations to ensure a seamless, professional, and welcoming environment.Manage food, snack, and event programs that enhance employee experience.Coordinate space planning, seating assignments, and office layout updates.Oversee vendors for cleaning, maintenance, reception, and security services.Support light maintenance tasks, supply inventory, and general workspace organization.Partner with IT, engineering, and business teams to solve operational challenges and improve office systems.Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and efficiency across sites.
