Intern

The individual in this position is responsible for working with the Regional Manager of the Shops to shadow working in both Sales, Customer Service, and Field Technicians .

• Support Shops with issues related to the Shops ordering or stocking strategy
• Control processes through the effective use of reporting and exception reporting.
• Optimize supply chain management by collaborating with suppliers and internal resources to resolve problems and improve purchasing, inventory, and logistical processes.
• Resolve errors in the ordering process and release purchase orders
• Manage returns processing
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and validate past due open orders
• Assess and process special buys
  
  

Requirements

• Working towards Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid problem solving approach
• Good process orientation and detail focus
