What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive our growth strategy across key channels and partnerships
  • Build and deepen relationships with strategic partners and key accounts
  • Identify new opportunities that align with our long-term vision
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations
  • Bring clarity, focus, and momentum to high-impact initiatives

Requirements

  • 12 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, strategic accounts, or commercial leadership within apparel, headwear, and licensed consumer goods
  • Proven success driving significant revenue growth and enterprise partnerships
  • Strong understanding of wholesale, retail, eCommerce, and licensing models
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing teams
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive presence
  • Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
