- Own and drive our growth strategy across key channels and partnerships
- Build and deepen relationships with strategic partners and key accounts
- Identify new opportunities that align with our long-term vision

- Proven experience leading growth and partnership strategies

Requirements
- 12 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, strategic accounts, or commercial leadership within apparel, headwear, and licensed consumer goods
- Proven success driving significant revenue growth and enterprise partnerships
- Strong understanding of wholesale, retail, eCommerce, and licensing models
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing teams
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive presence
- Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
