In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated total compensation for this position is $70,000-$90,000.00

- Supervise and manage 12-14 warehouse staff.
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, cycle counts and assistance with the inventory reconciliation process.
- Maintains high customer service levels by managing and scheduling warehouse operations to meet customer requirements.
- Implement effective coaching and training of warehouse staff while ensuring accountability.
- Experience in a Warehouse environment required, in a Supervisory/Management role, overseeing a team of 12-14 warehouse personnel.
- High school Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong background with inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation processes preferred.
- Forklift instruction/certification and safety/security compliance experience required.
- Shipping and receiving work experience preferred. Familiarity with UPS & FedEx highly desired.
