What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hydraulic Field Service Technician position at Applied Fluid Power?
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and components both in the branch and off site (customers and other locations.)

Essential Functions
- Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components.
- Diagnose problems, prepare estimates for repairs.
- Repair and install new systems in the field.
- Keep work area/truck clean and organized.
- Maintain proper inventory on service vehicle.
- Maintain a professional image and relationship with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities while on customer premises.
- High School degree or equivalent
- 2 years of Hydraulic Field Service experience is required
- Valid Driver’s License, Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcome.
- Skill to formulate a sound decision using available information.
- Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a task.
- Work at customer site in accordance with their work rules.
