Position Summary
Receives requests for quotes, orders and lead times from customers; makes quotations on standard and custom items, writes orders, and relays pertinent information to customers. Coordinates with vendors as well as other internal departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers. Focus on Retail Business to generate revenue and will be the primary contact for our Vendor, Parker Hannifin, to manage the Retail side of our business.

- Understand performance characteristics of hydraulic and pneumatic hose products in order to

- Demonstrate equipment to customers and explain functions of equipment.
- Fill customer orders from stock.
- Determine replacement parts, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or

- Specify and fabricate hose assemblies using the onboard facilities provided.
- Resolves customer complaints within their authority range.
