JOB SUMMARY
As a Electrical Engineer in Fargo, ND, you will:
- Develop, modify, and maintain electrical designs using SolidWorks Electrical
- Collaborate within a scrum/agile engineering environment, contributing to sprint planning, standups, and iterative design cycles
- Support cross‑functional teams with design updates, documentation, and technical problem‑solving
- Participate in on‑site engineering activities, customer discussions, and project reviews
- Travel frequently to customer locations to support project execution
- Ensure designs meet safety, manufacturability, and compliance expectations
- Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners
- Contribute to projects that impact communities in West Fargo, Horace, Harwood, Moorhead, and Dilworth, and the greater Fargo-Moorhead metro
- Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- Hands‑on experience with SolidWorks Electrical (schematics, panel layouts, routing, or similar)
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently based on project needs
- Experience working in a scrum or agile engineering setting
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers and cross‑functional teams
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Capable of working independently and as a team member
- Strong work ethic and unwavering integrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a learning mindset
