Part-Time Community Support Specialist – Supported Employment
Location: Everett, PA
Hourly Pay: $20
Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 8:30a - 3p

Role Overview
As a Community Support Specialist, you'll provide personalized assistance to individuals in both home and community environments. Your focus will be on empowering participants, promoting safety and dignity, and supporting meaningful goals.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver scheduled support services within homes and local communities
- Prioritize each individual's safety, well-being, and rights
- Help track progress by observing and recording data
- Complete documentation and timesheets accurately and promptly
- Work collaboratively with team members and participate in meetings
- Follow all organizational guidelines and procedures

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid PA driver's license, car insurance, and up-to-date registration & inspection
- Ability to pass all required background checks (FBI fingerprinting if previously out-of-state)
Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Background in human services or similar fields is highly valued
Work Schedule
- Monday - Thursday
- Potential for additional weekday shifts or weekend/on-call opportunities
