What You’ll Do as a DSP:
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll support individuals with daily living skills, goal achievement, and personal development. Responsibilities include:
- Protecting Rights & Safety – Promoting dignity, independence, and safety for each person you support.
- Delivering Support Services – Providing personalized care in homes and community settings, as outlined in individual plans.
- Assisting with Goals – Supporting growth through observation and data collection to track progress toward goals.
- Maintaining Records – Completing daily documentation accurately and on time.
- Team Participation – Collaborating with coworkers, attending meetings, and sharing insights to enhance outcomes.
- Following Standards – Adhering to all agency policies and quality guidelines to ensure the highest level of care.

What You Need to Join Our Team:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid PA Driver’s License, insurance, registration, and up-to-date inspection
- Ability to pass all required background checks (FBI fingerprinting if out of state)
Preferred:
- Experience in a human services or caregiving role is helpful, but not mandatory
