What You'll Do:
- Prioritize Safety & Respect: Support clients with dignity and ensure their safety at all times.
- Deliver Individualized Services: Provide timely, person-centered assistance in homes and community settings.
- Monitor Progress: Observe, collect basic data, and contribute to setting meaningful personal goals.
- Maintain Records: Submit accurate documentation and timesheets in line with program expectations.
- Collaborate with Teams: Engage in staff meetings and contribute to care planning efforts.
- Follow Agency Protocols: Uphold company standards and policies in all aspects of service delivery.

Requirements
Must have:
- Master’s degree in a human services or related discipline
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Personal vehicle with insurance, registration, and inspection
- Ability to pass all required background checks (including FBI fingerprinting for non-PA residents)
Nice-to-Have:
- Previous experience in behavioral health, social work, or direct support roles
