What is GO2?
GO2 is our 12 month development program designed for recent graduates interested in a career in technical sales. Because our Account Manager and Outside Sales roles require a rare mix of both technical and sales skills, we created this dynamic program that sets individuals up for success and a long-term career with us. You will receive comprehensive training, hands on experience, and dedicated mentorship, preparing you to transition into a full-time sales role in an assigned territory, in the Exton/Malvern area.
What You Will Do
This is a full-time, paid position with a transition into a full-time Account Manager upon completion of the program.
At successful completion of the training program you will be promoted to an Account Manager and eligible for sales commission.

What You Will Do
- Participate in structured paid training at our headquarters in Exton, where you will receive ongoing mentorship, professional development, and in-depth product training
- Learn full cycle outside sales and relationship building skills with new and existing customers
- Work alongside experienced Account Managers during onsite customer visits
- Learn about the latest industrial technology, and how to apply it to real world applications
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field is a plus
- Coursework, training or certifications in Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering is a plus
- Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Mechanical and/or Electrical interest and aptitude
- Willingness to relocate for training (12 months) and for final placement at completion of program
- Competitive in nature with a passion for winning and a commitment to delivering top results in a performance-based environment
