This role will oversee integrated marketing initiatives that connect brand messaging, product positioning, and lead generation into a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
Growth & Enablement Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities
Brand & Product Marketing
- Define and maintain brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Partner with product and sales leaders to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.
- Develop go-to-market strategies that launch new offerings and support revenue growth.
- Ensure consistent voice, tone, and branding across assets and channels.
- Own the strategy and development of thought leadership content including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and videos.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, web, events, and digital advertising.
- Coordinate messaging, creative, timelines, and channel strategy for demand-driving initiatives.
- Align campaigns to key buyer journeys and personas.
- Create and optimize full-funnel campaigns that drive high-quality leads and nurture prospects toward conversion.
- Collaborate with BDRs and sales to align lead scoring, MQL definitions, and handoff processes.
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools for campaign execution, segmentation, and reporting.
- Use A/B testing and growth marketing techniques to experiment with new tactics that drive acquisition and engagement.
- Build and manage sales enablement tools including playbooks, one-pagers, decks, and competitive positioning guides.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify content gaps and deliver resources aligned to pipeline stages.
- Deliver internal training and onboarding materials to empower sellers with the right messages and tools.
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, including campaign execution and sales enablement.
- Deep understanding of content strategy, buyer journeys, and marketing funnel metrics
- Strong collaboration skills across product, sales, and creative teams
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud, Smartsheet, Canva, and marketing automation platforms
- This role is primarily an office job. It does require some time spent at marketing or sales events and sitting at a computer. Incumbent may be asked to navigate event venues, inclusive of booth setup and tear down.
- This role requires standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 45 lbs., bending, twisting, sitting, speaking, hearing and navigating typical event venues, working at a computer.
- Overnight travel is required, up to 10%.
- The base range for this role is $95,000 to $120,000 in Colorado. The role may pay more for additional experience.
- Position is eligible for participation in incentive plans such as profit-sharing and benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K and generous PTO.
