Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour lunch break)
Starting pay range: $17.30 – $19.30 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking a creative, organized, and customer-focused professional to fill a unique hybrid role. This versatile position combines graphic design, customer service, and billing—ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of creative and administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update designs for printed materials, including postcards, flyers, brochures, and other customer projects.
- Prepare customer artwork for production and review files for accuracy and print readiness.
- Assist customers by phone, email, and in person with project details, questions, and order updates.
- Enter and track orders, coordinating with production staff to help meet deadlines.
- Prepare quotes, create customer invoices, maintain accurate billing and inventory records.
- Proofread project materials and verify customer and order information.
Qualifications
- Graphic design experience necessary. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, with strong hands-on experience in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Comfort working with numbers and basic office software.
- A dependable, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in the printing or mailing industry is highly valued but not required.
Pay: $17.30 - $19.30 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
