The PhD-level Biopharma Engineer will lead research efforts, design novel biologics, and guide translational strategies for therapeutic product development. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to mentor junior scientists.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead independent and collaborative R&D projects in biologics and tissue engineering.
- Design and execute complex experimental plans, analyze results, and translate findings into clinical applications.
- Author and review technical reports, regulatory documentation, and peer-reviewed publications.
- Supervise and mentor MS- and BS-level engineers and research associates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, manufacturing) to ensure successful product development.
- PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in biologics, regenerative medicine, or drug/device development.
- Strong publication record and proven ability to drive research into development.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP, GLP, FDA/EMA guidance) is a plus.
