As a Clinical Director at Applied Behavioral Services, you will provide strategic clinical leadership to ensure exceptional quality across all ABA programs. You’ll guide and mentor BCBAs, Clinical Supervisors, and RBTs while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence, compliance, and client outcomes. Your leadership will shape the delivery of evidence-based care that transforms the lives of students and families.
What You’ll Need
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (required)
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, including leadership or supervisory experience
Deep knowledge of autism spectrum disorders, behavior analysis principles, and treatment planning
Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
What You’ll Do
Supervise and support clinical staff, including BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and ancillary service providers
Oversee clinical quality, case reviews, fidelity measures, and outcome data across programs
Manage client onboarding, assessments, and treatment plan development in collaboration with clinical teams
Lead training, professional development, and mentorship programs for clinical staff and trainees
Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and quality assurance initiatives aligned with best practices
