Office Assistant/Support Staff
Duties:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate individuals.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- File and organize documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
- Provide clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Assist with order entry and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients or customers.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in file management and document organization.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written materials.
- Experience working as a clerk or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Ability to coordinate projects and tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with receptionist or office procedures is a plus.
- Knowledge of order entry systems is beneficial specifically with SmartCare, PracticeSuites, TotalABA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
