· Input Invoices
· Reconciliations
· Quarterly filings
· Monthly filings
· Independent Contractors payables and receivables
· Timesheet Review
· Entry of Payments
· Insurance Billing
· Reviewing PV
· Super bills
· Transfer Fees/Costs from Trust Account to Operating Account (John Hancock)
· Maintain accuracy of general ledger
· Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
· Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
· Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
· Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
· Prepare tax-related documents and ensure compliance with tax regulations
· Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information as needed
