What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and caregivers to support clients’ success
- Train and coach education teams on behavior strategies & skill acquisition programs
- Analyze data, monitor progress, and make recommendations to improve outcomes
- Provide ongoing consultation in schools, including IEP/ISP meetings
- Supervise and support RBTs/line therapists to deliver high-quality care
What We’re Looking For
- BCBA certification or Missouri PLBA license (or eligibility)
- 2 years of experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Completed or Nearly Completed Master’s degree (Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field)
- Strong background in ABA assessments, programming, and team collaboration
- Ability to travel between schools in Wentzville & Troy
