We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level CNC Programmer with a Certificate in Mastercam to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or individual with foundational CNC programming knowledge to launch their career and grow within a supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop and write CNC programs using Mastercam software for various machining operations (milling, turning, etc.) on multi-axis CNC machines.
- Interpret engineering drawings and 3D models to determine machining requirements and optimal tool paths.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters for different materials and geometries.
- Simulate and verify CNC programs to detect and correct potential errors, collisions, or inefficiencies before actual machining.
- Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and production staff to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and improve part quality and production efficiency.
- Perform basic machine setup and operation for program testing and validation.
- Document program changes, setup sheets, and operational procedures.
- Required: Certificate in Mastercam.
- Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings featuring GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [e.g., 30-50] pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery.
