Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Coordinate with the Maintenance, Facilities, MIS, and other departments to keep office facilities and equipment running smoothly
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Greet visitors; assist in hosting and escorting
- Assist in scheduling meetings and lunches and coordinating conference rooms
- Assist in planning travel
- Provide an administrative link between the office and HR
- Maintain Outlook calendars and lobby display presentations
- Basic administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, scanning and archiving, and report generation and formatting
- Assist in promoting an office environment that encourages creativity, cohesion, dedication, and pride in one’s work
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion with confidential information
