Responsible for designing & developing responsive, user-focused interfaces for ATrack’s SaaS platform, ensuring technical excellence, performance optimization, & alignment with product & architectural strategy.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and enhance user-facing features that deliver intuitive and seamless user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end product solutions
- Translate product and design requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions
- Ensure applications are reliable, performant, and aligned with best engineering practices
- Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote efficient development workflows and support high-quality software delivery
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute ideas for innovation and improvement
- Support cross-platform initiatives and evolving product needs
- Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented engineering environment
- 3-5 years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
- Experience with mobile development (React Native or .NET MAUI)
- Experience with modern design frameworks (Material UI, LESS, SASS)
- Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs & microservices
- Experience incorporating AI into software development
- Professional English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving, communication, & collaboration skills
- Driven, results-oriented, & able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available during core overlap hours for team collaboration
- Experience with Next.js or similar SSR frameworks
- Experience with .NET / C# technology stack
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines & deployment processes
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Experience in healthcare, ABA, or practice management software
