Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist – Afternoon & Evening Cases

Location: Lawrence / Merrimack Valley, MA

Schedule: Part-time, primarily Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings

Typical hours: Approximately 2:30 PM–8:00 PM

We are hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists for multiple afternoon and evening cases in the Lawrence and Merrimack Valley area.

Areas currently hiring include:

• Lawrence: 01840, 01841, 01843
• Methuen: 01844
• Haverhill: 01830
• Burlington: 01803

Most available cases are Monday–Friday between approximately 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with schedules such as 3:00–6:00 PM, 3:30–6:30 PM, 3:30–7:30 PM, 4:00–7:00 PM, and 4:00–8:00 PM.

Some cases may have weekend opportunities.

Exact schedules vary by case. Please include your preferred location and afternoon/evening availability when applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA/behavioral support to clients
• Follow individualized treatment plans and clinical guidance
• Implement activities and interventions as directed
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
• Complete required session documentation
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Reliable and consistent
• Patient, compassionate, and energetic
• Comfortable working directly with children and/or individuals with developmental needs
• Able to follow treatment plans and clinical direction
• ABA, RBT, behavioral health, special education, childcare, or related experience is a plus
