Role Overview:
Leadership & Strategy
- Support hiring strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified staff.
- Assist in aligning staffing efforts with organizational goals and service needs.
- Contribute to efficient onboarding and credentialing processes.
- Provide ongoing support to newly onboarded BCBAs to ensure success.
- Foster a collaborative and professional work environment across departments.
- Review case details and match staff based on credentials, licensure, and family preferences.
- Ensure staffing decisions align with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in staffing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address staffing challenges, restaffing needs, and resignations.
- Ensure compliance with credentialing and onboarding standards.
- Maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Partner with onboarding and credentialing teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Communicate effectively with staff and internal departments.
- Support recruitment outreach efforts to maintain a steady stream of candidates.
- At least 2 years of experience thriving in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Proven success or strong interest in staffing, recruitment, or talent coordination.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism (HIPAA compliant).
- Positive, team-driven mindset with a strong commitment to delivering an excellent experience for both candidates and internal partners.
