- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- ABA clinical experience delivering high-quality services.
- Leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience in an ABA setting.
- Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles, treatment planning, and outcome evaluation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for developing clinicians and advancing quality ABA care.
