We're looking for Per Diem BCBAs across Georgia who are passionate about clinical excellence, value flexibility, and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
Hybrid & In-Person — Not Fully Remote
This is a hybrid and in-person position, offering flexibility while maintaining meaningful face-to-face clinical services.
Please note: This is not a fully remote position. In-person services are required based on client and clinical needs.
BCBAs currently living anywhere in Georgia are encouraged to apply. Candidates currently living outside Georgia are also welcome to apply if they are willing to relocate to Georgia and meet all position and licensure requirements.
Reliable transportation is required when in-person travel is necessary.

As a Per Diem BCBA, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful progress for children and families.
You'll have the flexibility to work around your availability while maintaining high standards of clinical care and collaboration.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to guide individualized programming
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
- Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to support continued client progress
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and company requirements
- Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services
What Sets You Apart
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Current 8-hour supervision certificate
- Georgia LBA, where applicable
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability and willingness to work hybrid and in person
- This is not a fully remote position
- Candidates outside Georgia must be willing to relocate to Georgia
- Experience supervising RBTs or BCaBAs in a center-based, in-home, or hybrid setting
- Comfort working with digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation
- A collaborative mindset with a strong track record of building positive family and team relationships.
