Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy) | Applied ABC – New Hampshire (Center & In-Home)
Are you an assistant teacher or classroom aide looking for a more meaningful one-on-one role with children? At Applied ABC, we provide center-based and in-home ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy for children with autism—and we’re looking for compassionate educators like you to join our team.

Your classroom experience matters. Whether you’ve supported students with IEPs, worked one-on-one in behavior management, or helped guide learning, you’ll find a seamless transition into ABA therapy as a Behavior Technician (BT).
This role offers:
Opportunities to work in our Autism Therapy Center or in a child’s home environment
Meaningful one-on-one sessions where you can see real growth
Mentorship from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
A springboard into careers in education, special education, psychology, or behavioral health
What You’ll Do
Implement individualized behavioral therapy programs for children with autism
Work in either a center or home setting depending on the case
Use proven strategies to support communication, social, and developmental goals
Collect session data and report progress
Participate in paid ongoing training in ABA best practices
Collaborate regularly with supervising BCBAs
Choose weekday and/or weekend shifts that fit your schedule
Who You Are
You have at least 1 year of experience in ABA, education, or a child-centered setting
You’re currently pursuing or have a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field
You enjoy working one-on-one with children
You’re organized, coachable, and want to grow in your career
Reliable transportation is a plus, especially for home-based sessions
