- Seeking a seasoned 10 years Business Analyst with strong expertise in global payment systems and customer facing digital platforms.
- The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of payment processing and a proven track record in delivering intuitive user centric web and mobile experiences.
- Lead requirements gathering business process analysis and solution design for payment platforms.
- Create BRDs FRDs user stories process flows wireframes and UI prototypes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners UX designers’ developers and QA teams in Agile environments.
- Drive end-to-end payment transformation initiatives and digital channel enhancements.
- Support UAT production releases stakeholder management and regulatory compliance.
