Role Overview
The Salesforce Architect is a senior, hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, primarily for Financial Services clients. This role translates complex business requirements into end-to-end Salesforce architectures and provides technical leadership across delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices and client business objectives.
• Design end-to-end system architectures, including solution blueprints, system landscapes, and integration models.
• Translate complex business goals and functional requirements into scalable Salesforce platform designs.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend optimal technical solutions.
• Lead large-scale Salesforce implementations, including multi-cloud and Financial Services Cloud deployments.

• Ensure security, governance, and identity & access management standards are implemented within Salesforce solutions.
• Lead and mentor Scrum / agile delivery teams, resolving technical impediments and shaping solution roadmaps.
• Provide solution delivery oversight, ensuring quality, scalability, and on-time delivery across enterprise programs.

Required Experience & Skills
• 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development within large enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce implementation experience, not limited to coordination or oversight roles.
